Innovation grows one idea at a time. I work with technology and enjoy the constant change and innovation. The challenge I face is getting firms to promote a change oriented culture. We do not promote change to just have work.

We promote change when we can do the job better, faster, lower cost, and offer better support for the clients.

Most of the technology issues I have seen in the office are caused by violating what I call the basic technology equation.

The equation is:

Procedure +Process+ Purchase = Elegant Technology


  • Procedure includes the standard functional procedures + 360 degree communication with your audience.
  • Process includes how you handle the technology and the work done with it.
  • Purchase includes the right tool for the right job at the best price.
If you follow the equation then you will foster innovation in a way that even the finance office of your firm can agree to work with.
