Innovation grows one idea at a time. I work with technology and enjoy the constant change and innovation. The challenge I face is getting firms to promote a change oriented culture. We do not promote change to just have work.
We promote change when we can do the job better, faster, lower cost, and offer better support for the clients.
Most of the technology issues I have seen in the office are caused by violating what I call the basic technology equation.
The equation is:
Procedure +Process+ Purchase = Elegant Technology

- Process includes how you handle the technology and the work done with it.
- Purchase includes the right tool for the right job at the best price.
